This booklet on the WMO strategy for the development of National Meteorological and Hydrological Services in support or sustainable development provides information to the NMHSs of WMO Member countries on the potential funding sources of technical cooperation activities and how they can be tapped. It also provides information to funding agencies on the WMO Technical Cooperation Programme.
