Concepts and techniques in hydrological network design
The concept of an optimum network is adapted to achieve a realistic network design based on surrogate measures, objectives and criteria. Supportive decision theory is then developed, based on the various design components involved, such as socio-economic analysis, probability theory, Bayesian analysis, etc.
