Report of the Scoping meeting for the launch of South Asian Climate Outlook Forum (SASCOF)
The objective of the meeting was to consider the applicability of RCOF concept for South Asia, jointly endorse the proposal for the development of a South Asian Climate Outlook Forum (SASCOF), and take the initial steps to scope out and prepare implementation plans for the first session of SASCOF possibly in the pre-monsoon season of 2010.
