It aims to summarise the main findings of the reviews undertaken in June 2010 and repeated in October 2011, and formulate clear recommendations for improvement of the cluster approach in Viet Nam. It provides an overview of cluster specific achievements, challenges and lessons learnt, besides discussing potential new clusters and formulating clear recommendations for the overall cluster approach in Viet Nam.
