Adaptation gap report
This report provides a framework for defining adaptation gaps and a preliminary assessment of the gap between adaptation needs and reality. It proposes an approach for identifying and assessing the current state and action in key adaptation areas, and comparing these with the potential now, and in the future, for additional adaptation to reduce risks. The report is a response to calls for UNEP to produce a report on adaptation gaps to complement the annual Emissions Gap report.

Annual Bulletin on the Climate in WMO Region VI - Europe and Middle East
European Climate Support Network (ECSN); World Meteorological Organization (WMO) ; Deutscher Wetterdienst (DWD) - DWD, 1999-[...]Climate monitoring in Europe used to be done mainly on a national scale. As scientific interest is more and more focusing on the regional cross-border implications of a possible climate change, routine monitoring of regional climate for whole Europe is becoming more and more important. The need for a more co-ordinated approach to the preparation of climate system monitoring information led to the idea to publish an annual regional climate monitoring Bulletin. The eleventh session of the WMO Regional Association VI (RA VI), which took place in Oslo in May 1994, approved the proposal.

Climate Change Monitoring Report
JMA, 2003-[...]The Japan Meteorological Agency (JMA) promotes monitoring climate change.
JMA has issued "Climate Change Monitoring Report" every year informing the latest status of climate change in Japan and the world, greenhouse gases and the ozone layer.
These reports are expected to help readers such as policy makers and researchers to obtain better understanding of the latest status of the climate and further to take measures against the global warming and for protection of the global environment.

IUGG Yearbook
The IUGG Yearbook is a reference document of IUGG members, administrative officers, and Association and Union Commission officers that is updated annually and distributed free of charge. Each issue endeavors to update the contact information for hundreds of persons who are actively participating in IUGG scientific activities. Information is complied throughout the year until early December. The print-ready copy is sent to the publisher in late December, and the Yearbooks are distributed as soon as possible thereafter.

Summary of Meteorological and Tidal Observations in Hong Kong
Hong Kong Observatory, 1999-[...]Detailed climatological information is contained in annual volumes of the "Summary of Meteorological and Tidal Observations in Hong Kong". The Summary contains condensed information of surface and upper-air data recorded in Hong Kong. Starting 2007, summaries of observed sea levels at various tide gauge stations operated by the Hong Kong Observatory and the number of lightning strokes detected over the Hong Kong territory by the Lightning Location Network are also included.
