The Economics of Climate Change in Southeast Asia: A Regional Review
ADB, 2009This report, published by the Asian Development Bank, examines the economics of climate change in Southeast Asia. The report focuses on Indonesia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Viet Nam in particular. It is found that the region is particularly vulnerable to the impacts of climate change due to its heavily populated coastal areas and its reliance on agriculture. It reports on current uses of radiation based technologies for flue gas treatment, wastewater purification and treatment of sewage sludge.
