Forty years of progress and achievement: a historical review of WMO
A record of activities of the World Meteorological Organization over the past 40 years dealing, in 18 chapters and seven appendices, with the services the World Meteorological Organization has been called upon to provide in areas of meteorological concern, and in addition its new responsibilities regarding the many global problems that have arisen.
