WMO Operating Plan 2008-2011
The WMO Operating Plan 2008-2011 provides details on key outcomes, deliverables and activities to be implemented to achieve results defined in the WMO Strategic Plan, with the resources provided under WMO Results-based Budget, and activities of technical commissions and regional associations to be implemented through in-kind support.

الخطة التشغيلية للمنظمة (WMO) تترجم المحاور الإستراتيجية والنتائج المتوقعة والنواتج الرئيسية إلى أنشطة برنامجية ومشاريع معينة ومحددة زمنياً وضرورية لتلبية الاحتياجات المجتمعية العالمية ولتحقيق النواتج المتوقعة. والخطة التشغيلية للمنظمة (WMO) شاملة من حيث إنها تحدد إسهام أعضاء المنظمة (WMO) واللجان الفنية والاتحادات الإقليمية والأمانة.

В Оперативном плане ВМО преобразовываются стратегические направления, ожидаемые результаты и ключевые результаты в конкретные, расписанные по срокам исполнения виды программной деятельности и проекты, необходимые для удовлетворения глобальных общественных потребностей и достижения ожидаемых результатов. Оперативный план ВМО носит всеобъемлющий характер, так как в нем определены вклады стран-членов, технических комиссий, региональных ассоциаций и Секретариата ВМО.

El Plan de Funcionamiento de la OMM traslada las orientaciones estratégicas, los resultados previstos y los resultados principales a actividades y proyectos específicos de los programas, con plazos definidos, que se precisan para satisfacer las necesidades de la sociedad a nivel mundial y para conseguir los resultados previstos. El Plan de Funcionamiento de la OMM es exhaustivo puesto que detalla la contribución de los Miembros de la OMM, sus comisiones técnicas, asociaciones regionales y la Secretaría.
Plan opérationnel du secrétariat 2008-2011
Le Plan opérationnel de l’OMM traduit les axes stratégiques, les résultats escomptés et les résultats clés en activités et projets précis et assortis de délais qui devront être menés pour satisfaire les besoins de la société à l’échelle du globe et obtenir les résultats escomptés. Le Plan opérationnel est complet en ce sens qu’il définit la contribution des Membres de l’OMM, des commissions techniques, des conseils régionaux et du Secrétariat.

The WMO Strategic Plan is the result of an organization-wide strategic, operational and budgeting process to provide a blueprint for the 188 Member States and Territories to meet the changing needs of their communities for weather, climate, water and related environmental information.
