Ces règles de procédure concernent le Conseil exécutif et ses groupes d’experts (le Groupe consultatif scientifique, le Groupe de coordination sur le climat, le Groupe de coordination hydrologique, le Groupe d'experts pour les observations, la recherche et les services relatifs aux régions polaires et de haute montagne et le Groupe d'experts pour le développement des capacités). Élaborées conformément à la règle 3 du Règlement général, elles ont été adoptées par le Conseil exécutif en application de la Convention et du Règlement général de l’Organisation météorologique mondiale.
Rules of Procedure for the Executive Council (WMO-No. 1256)
These rules of procedure cover the Executive Council and the panels reporting to it (Scientific Advisory Panel, Climate Coordination Panel, Hydrological Coordination Panel, Panel of Experts on Polar and High-mountain Observations, Research and Services and Capacity Development Panel). Established in accordance with Regulation 3, they were adopted by the Executive Council under the authority of the Convention and of the General Regulations of the World Meteorological Organization.
