This report summarizes the outcomes of the 13thWMO International Pyrheliometer Comparison (IPC-XIII) and demonstrates the stability of the WRR inproviding a worldwide metrological reference. Favourable weather conditions enabled acquisition of alarge number of the calibration points, what increased confidence in the traceability dissemination. Onthe days without weather conditions appropriate to take the measurements, a symposium on radiationmeasurement was organized. Many presentations delivered at the symposium facilitated theexperience exchange and knowledge transfer.

This report describes the intercomparison in detail: the instruments, the participants, the experimental setup, method and procedure, the data analysis technique used and the results. It is clear from the results that all of the participating instruments have been well maintained and remained stable since the previous intercomparison, which augers well for all radiation measurements within RA II and RA V.
