Least developed countries Expert Group 2009 : Support needed to fully implement national adaptation programmes of action (NAPAs)
UNFCCC, 2009This paper analyzes the information submitted in NAPAs as well as costing data in project proposals submitted to the GEF for funding under the Least Developed Countries Fund (LDCF) to provide an estimate of the financial support needed to fully implement NAPAs. Other types of support, including capacity-building, technology development and transfer and institutional arrangements are also considered.

Uniting on climate 2007 : a guide to the Climate Change Convention and the Kyoto Protocol
UNFCCC, 2007This guide provides an overview of the Convention’s and Protocol’s evolution, as well as providing an overview of the commitments that countries have taken on so far. Capacity-building Portal
"The UNFCCC Secretariat has launched a Capacity-building Portal, a tool developed to help monitor and review capacity built to better mitigate and adapt to climate change. The COP serves as the meeting of the Parties to the Kyoto Protocol, which also adopts decisions and resolutions on the implementation of its provisions.
This annual meeting is referred to as the Conference of the Parties serving as the meeting of the Parties to the Kyoto Protocol (CMP).
