Implementing the Hyogo Framework for Action in Europe Regional Synthesis Report 2011-2013

The main objective of this report is to identify key trends in terms of progress made and challenges faced at both national and regional levels through the implementation of the Hyogo Framework for Action (HFA) 2005-2015: Building the Resilience of Nations and Communities to Disasters in Europe between 2011 and 2013 and to compare progress made, lessons learned and challenges to overcome as compared with those reported in 2011 and in 2009.
