胜任力指南
2009年，航空预报员资格任务组重新确定了气象工作者和气象技术人员的资格要求，这是迈向制定世界气象组织（WMO）胜任力框架，指导会员服务提供和能力开发的重要一步。任务组还建议WMO执行理事会制定一套航空气象预报员和观测员的胜任力标准，以进一步确定从事航空服务的业务人员所需的关键工作技能和知识。WMO执行理事会通过其决议9（EC-61）批准制定航空气象人员（AMP）胜任力标准，该标准已于2013年12月1日授权实施，并被纳入《技术规则》第一卷（WMO-No.49）。
